Our unique functuonal.trainimg prigram is A true total body workout that improves flexibility, builds strength, and develops control and endurance. It emphasizes alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.Â

The session will start with a self-awareness body warm-up followed by an intense dance- based mid-sequence; then will come a strength and conditioning segment followed by a cool-down segment and ending with active yoga meditation.Â
